Release Of Liability, Waiver Of Claims, And Indemnity Agreement.
I hereby agree as follows:
1. We use all-natural products for our facials and manicures. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to our products. Natural products at your party may include yogurt, cucumber, sugar, lavender oil, and grape oil. Please let us know if anyone at your party has any allergies. These services are for entertainment and novelty purposes only. We have NOT licensed cosmetologists and in no way lead anyone to believe that they are getting a licensed service. All our parties are for entertainment purposes.
2. Payment and Terms An initial non-refundable payment of $180 is due upon signing this agreement and the remainder is due before the completion of the party.
3. Client consent Client hereby grants to AKP and its employees, to enter upon and use the property for the purpose of providing party services listed above.
4. Release and waiver Client further agrees to release, and hold harmless AKP against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses, and claims resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the party process. The client understands that AKP does not and cannot guarantee success or any particular result. While we shall use our best professional efforts to achieve a successful result, we can make no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied as to the successful outcome of the party.
5. Photography and publicity release: The client agrees to allow AKP to photograph areas of the property and party while the work is completed and the Client’s name will not be referenced. The client agrees that AKP may reasonably advertise AKP services while present at the property.
6. General provisions: The client agrees to have all personal property adequately insured throughout the staging process and staged period.

This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota
Signatures: I have read and fully understand all parts of this agreement. This is a legal and binding contract. Adorable Kids Parties has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before signing the Party Agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies before reserving your party.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST THE SPONSORS AND RELEASES.
