The deposit amount will be credited to your final bill the day of the event.

How does it work? 

• Our party package is a 3-hour event.
• Your event will be hosted by two dedicated party host. They'll be there to assist with everything you need, so you can relax and have fun!
• To maintain the full arcade experience for all of guests, we kindly ask that no outside decorations be brought in. Our spaces are designed to provide an immersive and exciting atmosphere, so all you need to do is show up and enjoy!
• You may arrive 15 minutes early to confirm your details before you event begins.
• At the starting time of your event, your guests will come to the event check in area and receive their 3 Hour Unlimited Arcade Time Play Card where they will enjoy the game room for the first hour of your event. (Unlimited Arcade Time Play cards doesn't allow guest to earn tickets PLAY for FUN!
• The 2nd hour, your party will be called to one of our themed dining areas to eat for 1 hour. (Party Package does NOT include the dining area for the duration of your event, just for the 1-hour dining).
• Your dining guest will be served restaurant style.
• After dining, your party will leave the dining area and play in the Arcade for the last hour of the event. Your guest are more than welcome to stay after the event, but the arcade cards will only work for the duration of your event. 
• Each Guest will receive 500 Tickets on their card to shop in our redemption store.
• You're welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes for your event. However, we also offer one of the most incredible celebration cakes around- perfect for making your event even more special.
• To ensure the best experience for all of our guest, our team will thoughtfully select your dining area. While we are unable to accommodate specific seating request, please know that every space is designed for your comfort and enjoyment.
• Our party team works hard to make your event special! An 18% gratuity will be added to your final bill on the day of your event.
