Overnight Rental
$600 for full access to gym, party room, and upstairs loft. 3 pm to noon the following day.
Overnight stay with use of gym, party room and loft area to sleep up to 17 guests.. King bed in Master Bedroom will have sheets, pillows, comforter. Triple bunks will have only sheets and pillows so PLEASE BRING SLEEPING BAGS for this portion of the bedding. Two main level half bathrooms and one master bathroom in the loft with a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub.
3 pm check in. Noon checkout.
Over 8,000 square feet on the main level and 1,500 square feet of living quarters in the loft area for your own private space. Includes use of refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc. 4 smart televisions and living room area. Basketballs and variety of other balls available for use. Along with pickleball (upon request) and ping pong.
You may also bring your own food, drinks, adult beverages etc.
Limited to no more than 17 overnight guests.
