We're excited to celebrate your event with you with our Semi-Private Group Event Package.

Here are some answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:

• You may arrive 15-20 minutes in advance of the party start time to set up and decorate. We provide three tables for you to use.
• There is no need to bring ice as we have an abundance for you to use in our Snack Bar.
• Our staff will be there to ensure all your guests will receive a pair of skates, provide age appropriate music, and help clean up.
• You can bring your own playlist of songs or a list of favorites for us to play. We will take requests from your guests. Music is much a part of the overall experience, and we want to help make it enjoyable for all.
• There is a lot to do, and time goes quickly, leaving time for opening presents and serving cake we will try to play at least a couple of games.
• If you forget something (cake knife, matches, etc.) do not hesitate to ask. We know it is hard to remember everything.
• We love to see your decorations as much as you enjoy getting your theme together, GLITTER & CONFETTI are not permitted. It is too hard to clean up. Thanks for helping us in that regard.
• We appreciate your help by knowing that there is another party coming in right after you. Please plan to leave when your time is up. This helps us prepare for our next guests.
• Our snack bar is always open to a limited degree during parties. You and your guest are welcome to purchase any items that we have available.
• A small soft drink is given to first 25 guests. Extra guests will be $1.00 per person. Contact us for prices on all other food add-ons.
• This is your party. You are renting our facility; therefore, we do not limit the number of guests you may have. If you are anticipating more than 25, we do ask that you let us know so that we may staff appropriately.

• Deposits are fully refundable up to 21 days in advance of the party, 50% refundable within 14 days of the party.
