Important things to remember when booking a party:

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before booked time to prep and check-in.
• You may purchase extra time at regular price. The Party Area time rental is 2 Hours. You must vacate your Party Area on time so that you do not interfere with the next incoming Party.
• You may bring in your own decorations.
• Waivers are required and can be completed prior to arriving. Click Here:  Waiver
• Parties can be rescheduled WITH NO FEE if rescheduled more than 2 days before the party.
• If rescheduled less than 2 days before the party, a $75 change fee will be applied.
• $30 Each if add More 
• Party Balance must be paid in full upon initial check-in.
• Check In with your Party Host and reserve your party area. 
• You may bring your own decorations, but no hammering any holes in the walls.
• Gratuity Charge (10%) 
• You are not allowed to pop confetti filled balloons.

Platinum City Gaming allows limited outside food and items.

• Cake (Any kind: Cupcake, Ice Cream Cake)
• Candles
• Fruit and veggie platters
