School fundraisers are two hour parties that cost each skater $6.00. Your organization will receive a donation of $.50 per skater if your party exceeds 100 skaters with a guaranteed $.25 per skater from 65 skaters to 99 skaters.  All skaters are required to pay the $6 admission fee. There is no charge for parents/adults who attend the party with their children but do not skate.  Fundraising amounts will be paid to your organization as a charitable donation either via check or cash with a signed receipt.

As no deposits for these parties are being collected, any cancellations must be done no later than two weeks before the agreed upon date.  A penalty of loss of fundraising rebate monies during the next party may be assessed for any cancellation that occurs within less than two weeks notification. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis as it is understood that situations such as inclement weather could impact the ability to conduct a safe after school activity. Presque Isle Skating and Event Center will guarantee the agreed upon dates for your organization unless any unforeseen issues arise in the ability of the facility to be open (i.e. severe weather, power outage, facility damage etc.).  In the event that the facility is not able to be opened, Presque Isle Skating and Event Center reserves the right to cancel the scheduled party without any financial obligation or any other liability to your organization.  If this type of situation was to occur, every attempt will be made to contact you and your designee as soon as the issue is identified so that proper notification of your students can be made and an alternate date for the party can be scheduled.
