Subscription Cancellation Agreement

WHEREAS, the Client has subscribed to the Partywirks Bundle provided by the Company Partywirks; WHEREAS, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Subscription has a minimum term of 12 months; WHEREAS, the Client understands that early cancellation of the Subscription is subject to a cancellation fee as outlined herein; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Cancellation

1.1 The Client may cancel the Subscription at any time before the expiration of the 12-month Term; however, such cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Cancellation Fee

2.1 In the event the Client cancels the Subscription prior to the completion of the 12-month Term, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining balance due for the unexpired portion of the Term.2.2 The remaining balance due will be calculated as follows: [Specify the method of calculation, e.g., "the total Subscription fee for the 12-month Term minus fees paid up to the cancellation date"].

3. Payment of Cancellation Fee

4. Enforcement

5. Entire Agreement

5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties concerning the cancellation of the Subscription.
