3-Hour Learn-to-Skate Celebration

Turn your school event into a rolling party with Skate Truck Texas!
Our School Party program brings energy, fun, and fitness to your campus — a perfect way to celebrate with students while keeping them active and smiling.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive our digital waiver form, which includes skate size selection for each student. We recommend sending this form home for parents to fill out before the event.

Program Details

Skate Truck School Party
$10 per skater (minimum of 50 participants / $500 minimum)
$10 per additional skater
15% service fee added to final total
3-hour instructional & fun skating session

Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.
Balance: Due one week prior to your scheduled event.
Note: All children and skating adults are included in the total participant count.

What Skate Truck Texas Provides

• Quad roller skates in a wide range of sizes

• Benches for easy skate changes

• Music system & DJ/MC to keep the fun rolling

• Skating coupon for each child (valid 30 days after event)

• Safety gear (available upon request)

• 1–3 certified instructors, based on participant numbers

• Games & activities designed for all skill levels

• Generator for outdoor events (no power needed!)

School Responsibilities

Outdoor Events

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface free of debris (designate as the skating area)

• Designate a parking space next to the skating area for Skate Truck Texas to load/unload

• Submit photos of the skating and parking areas if an in-person visit isn’t possible

• Allow 45–60 minutes for setup and 45–60 minutes for tear-down

• Collect and submit waivers with skate sizes before the event

Indoor Events (Truck Inside Facility)

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface suitable for skating

• Ensure electrical power access inside the facility

• Provide a 14 ft. minimum door clearance (no steps or obstacles) for the truck to enter

• Allow 45–60 minutes for setup and 45–60 minutes for tear-down

• Submit waivers and skate sizes before the event

Indoor Events (Truck Parked Outside)

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface for skating

• Designate indoor space for setup with electrical power access

• Allow at least 1 hour for setup and tear-down

• Submit waivers and skate sizes before the event

Service Area & Travel

Complimentary Mileage Charge for January 2026 Event.

No mileage charge within 20 miles of our local rink — covering:
Waco, Woodway, Hewitt, Bellmead, Beverly Hills, Lacy Lakeview, Robinson, Lorena, China Spring, and Elm Mott.

Mileage charges apply for locations beyond this range and include fuel, travel time, and transport costs.
