Large Event Package – Nonprofit Edition

Perfect for School Festivals, Church Events & Daycare Celebrations

Bring the joy of roller skating to your community with the Skate Truck Texas Nonprofit Large Event Package!
Ideal for school festivals, church gatherings, daycare celebrations, and community fundraisers — this package delivers hours of music, movement, and memories for all ages.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive our digital waiver form, which includes skate size selection for each participant. We recommend sending this form to families in advance or having guests complete it upon arrival.

Event Details

Nonprofit Large Event Package
$13 per skater (minimum of 100 participants / $1,300 minimum)
Up to 4 hours of skating fun
Additional hour: $200.00
No sales tax applies for qualifying nonprofit organizations
15% service charge added to final total

Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.
Balance: Due two weeks prior to your event.
Note: All skating guests — children and adults — are included in the total participant count.

What Skate Truck Texas Provides

• Up to 150 pairs of quad roller skates in various sizes

• Benches for a convenient skate changing area

• Music system & DJ/MC to keep the crowd energized

• Skating coupon for each participant (valid 30 days after event)

• Safety gear (available upon request)

• 1–3 certified instructors, based on group size

• Games, challenges & fun activities for all ages

• Generator for outdoor events (no power needed!)

Organizer Responsibilities

Outdoor Events

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface free of debris (designate as skating area)

• Designate a parking space next to the skating area for Skate Truck Texas to load/unload

• Submit photos of the skating and parking areas if an on-site visit isn’t possible

• Allow 45–60 minutes for setup and 45–60 minutes for tear-down

• Collect and submit waivers with skate sizes prior to the event

Indoor Events (Truck Inside Facility)

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface suitable for skating

• Ensure electrical power access inside the facility

• Provide a minimum 14 ft. door clearance (no steps or obstacles) for truck entry

• Allow 45–60 minutes for setup and 45–60 minutes for tear-down

• Submit waivers and skate sizes prior to the event

Indoor Events (Truck Parked Outside)

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface for skating

• Designate indoor space with power access for music and setup

• Allow at least 1 hour for setup and tear-down

• Submit waivers and skate sizes prior to the event

No mileage charge within 20 miles of our local rink — covering:
Waco, Woodway, Hewitt, Bellmead, Beverly Hills, Lacy Lakeview, Robinson, Lorena, China Spring, and Elm Mott.

Mileage charges apply for locations beyond this range and include fuel, travel time, and transport costs.
