A Two-Hour Rolling Bash on Wheels!

Bring the ultimate throwback vibes to your next campus event with a Skate Truck Texas Party — the perfect mix of music, movement, and pure fun on wheels! Whether it’s a fraternity social, sorority mixer, college festival, or campus-wide bash, we bring the roller rink straight to you for an unforgettable experience.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive our digital waiver form, which includes skate size selection for each guest. We recommend sharing it with participants in advance so everyone is ready to roll on event day.

Party Details

College | Fraternity | Sorority Party
$15 per skater (minimum of 50 participants / $750 minimum)
$15 per additional skater (available as an add-on)
15% service charge added to final total
2-hour skating session packed with music, games, and fun

Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.
Balance: Due two weeks prior to your event.
Note: All participants — students and guests — are included in the total count.

What Skate Truck Texas Provides

• Quad roller skates in a wide range of sizes

• Benches for changing skates comfortably

• Music system & live DJ/MC to set the vibe

• Skating coupon for each guest (valid 30 days after event)

• Safety gear (available upon request)

• 1–3 certified instructors, depending on group size

• Games & activities to keep the energy high

• Generator for outdoor events (no power needed!)

Venue Responsibilities

Outdoor Events

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface free of debris (designate as skating area)

• Designate a parking space next to the skating area for Skate Truck Texas to load/unload

• Submit photos of the skating and parking areas if a site visit isn’t possible

• Allow 45–60 minutes for setup and 45–60 minutes for tear-down

• Collect and submit waivers with skate sizes prior to the event

Indoor Events (Truck Inside Facility)

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface suitable for skating

• Ensure electrical power access inside the facility

• Provide a minimum 14 ft. door clearance (no steps or obstacles) for truck entry

• Allow 45–60 minutes for setup and 45–60 minutes for tear-down

• Submit waivers and skate sizes prior to the event

Indoor Events (Truck Parked Outside)

• Provide a flat, level, hard surface for skating

• Designate indoor space with access to power

• Allow at least 1 hour for setup and tear-down

• Submit waivers and skate sizes prior to the event

Service Area & Travel

No mileage charge within 20 miles of our local rink — covering:
Waco, Woodway, Hewitt, Bellmead, Beverly Hills, Lacy Lakeview, Robinson, Lorena, China Spring, and Elm Mott.

Mileage charges apply for locations beyond this range and include fuel, travel time, and transport costs.
