Best Times to Book

Private fundraiser events are most popular from 5–7 PM or 6–8 PM, perfect for school nights or early evening gatherings.

How Your Group Earns Cash Back

Your organization will earn money from every participant!

• $5.00 back per paid skate admission

• Minimum of 75 paid skaters required to qualify for cash back

• $2.00 back per spectator (non-skating adult with child admission includes a drink)

Spectators do not count toward your 75-skater minimum.

Private Event Pricing

Each skater can choose the package that fits their needs best:

• $20.00 – All Access Pass: Skating, Game Card, and Snack

• $15.00 – Play Pass: Skating + Game Card/Playground (Bellmead Only)

• $10.00 – Skate Pass: Skating only

Late Night Fundraiser Party (Friday or Saturday)

Available times:

• Friday: 10:30 PM – 12:30 AM

• Saturday: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Cash Back Bonus

• $7.00 back per paid admission
