Pricing

• $18.00 per skater

• Minimum: 50 students

• 10% service fee added to final invoice

All students are included in the party count, whether skating or not.

• Private 2-Hour Daytime School Party

• All-access experience designed for school groups

• Skate admission

• Skate rental (inline or quad, as sizes allow)

• Pizza & drinks for each skater

• $10 Game Card for each skater

• Live DJ with interactive skate games

• Arcade access with an awesome prize area

• High-energy Sk8ertainer staff

Chaperone Information

• One Free Chaperone may skate or spectate for every 10 paid students

• Additional Adult Chaperones:

  • $8 Adult Skater
  • $5 Adult Spectator (Non-Skating)

Booking & Payment Policies

• Minimum of 50 students required

• $100 non-refundable deposit due at booking to secure date and time

• Final invoice due at the conclusion of the event

• If a Purchase Order (PO) is used and final attendance changes:

  • No same-day cash refunds

  • Any overpayment will be refunded via mailed school check

• Parties of 200+ students: please call 254-772-0042

• Snack Bar, Games, and Winner’s Circle close 15 minutes before skate time ends

• Game Cards may be kept and used on a future visit
