Private Fundraisers at Skate Waco

Perfect for schools, churches, sports teams, and other nonprofit groups! Host a private fundraising event Sunday through Friday and let us help you raise money while having fun.

Admission Options

• All Access Pass – $20
  Includes Skating, Snack, Game Card & Playground

• Play Pass – $15
  Includes Skating & Game Card

• Skate Pass – $10
  Skating Only

• Adult Spectator – $5
  Includes a drink (Non-skating adults only)

Fundraising Details

• Your organization receives 50% back on all paid admissions once you reach a minimum of 75 skaters.

• For each $5 spectator fee (non-skating adults), your group earns $2 back.

• Spectators do not count toward the 75-skater minimum.

Booking & Payment Info

• Your guests pay admission upon arrival at the event.

• Your total earnings are calculated at the end of the event.

• A check will be issued to your organization within 10 business days.

• A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be returned with your earnings if the 75-skater minimum is met.

• Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled.
