All Access School Party

Private 2-Hour Daytime Event
$18 per skater | 50 student minimum

We are excited you are considering Skate Waco for your school outing! The All Access School Party delivers the ultimate field trip experience with skating, food, games, and nonstop fun in a private event setting.

Party Includes

• Admission & skate rental (inline or quad, as sizes allow)

• Pizza and drinks for each skater

• $10 Game Card for each skater

• Live DJ with interactive skate games

• Arcade access & prize redemption area

• Sk8ertainer staff and private party experience

Chaperones & Adults

• 1 free skating or spectator chaperone per 10 skaters

• Additional adult chaperones: $5 spectator

• Additional parents (not included on school invoice): $8 skating admission with drink

Important Policies

• All students are included in the party count whether skating or not.

• Minimum of 50 paid students required.

• 10% service fee added to final invoice.

• Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure booking.

• Final invoice due by conclusion of event.

• If payment is made before final count confirmation, refunds will be mailed to the school (no day-of cash refunds).

• Snack Bar, Games, and Winner’s Circle close 15 minutes before skate time ends.

• Game Cards may be saved for a future visit (when applicable).
